01Who processes the data
The personal data controller is AEVORON DEEPTECH LLC, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. Send questions about data processing to info@aevoron.uz.
02What data we receive
Only what you send through the request form yourself: name, company, e-mail, phone, industry, project description and the configurator estimate if you attach it. The request is received by Netlify Forms and forwarded to hello@aevoron.uz. If sending fails, the form opens your mail app with the message ready. E-mails sent directly to our addresses are handled the same way.
03Why
To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and contact you about the project. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.
04Where the data is kept
The site is hosted on Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When pages are opened, its servers automatically log technical request data (IP address, browser type, time and requested address) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Requests sent through the form are kept in the company's Netlify Forms account until we delete them. Company e-mail is provided by Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation): messages are stored in Zoho data centres outside the Republic of Uzbekistan and encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the staff who handle requests have access to them.
05What is stored in your browser
The site sets no cookies. Browser storage keeps only your chosen language, a flag that the intro was shown, and the configurator estimate while you move to the form. This data never leaves your device.
06External services
Fonts load from Google servers (Google Fonts) located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan; your browser sends Google your IP address and technical request data. The site uses no external analytics or advertising services.
07Cross-border transfer
By sending a request or an e-mail, you agree that your data is processed and stored on the servers of the services listed above, outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. We are moving data storage to our own infrastructure in the Republic of Uzbekistan and will update this policy once the move is complete.
08Retention and your rights
We keep request data for the duration of negotiations and the contract, then delete it. You can withdraw consent or ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@aevoron.uz.
09Legal basis
Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 “On Personal Data”, on the basis of the consent you give with the checkbox in the request form or by sending an e-mail.
